At Aurelia, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, and in its original condition

All original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aurelia cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
If Shipping Protection is purchased:

We will replace or refund orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Proof may be required (e.g. photos of damage, delivery confirmation).
If Shipping Protection is not purchased:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the courier.

Refunds or replacements for these cases will not be issued.

Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Shipping delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are not considered lost until confirmed by the courier.
